The company is focused on shaping the future of the die-casting industry, recognizing its pivotal role in meeting the growing demand for high-performance and competitive production solutions. In addition to its established range of die spraying systems, dosing furnaces, crucible furnaces, and crucibles, it has recently expanded its offerings with the introduction of the innovative and sustainable HPDC temperature control units. To further enhance its product lineup, the company now provides melting furnaces. Its mission extends beyond delivering cutting-edge technology—it aims to empower foundries to unlock the full potential of these advanced systems. Beyond product sales, the company is dedicated to customer success, offering comprehensive training, technical support, and process optimization services to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Energy Saving Holding Furnace without Crucible & Refractory for Molten Aluminum

  • Minimum Heat and Energy Loss Hence Lower Furnace Shell Temperature
  • Non Wetting behavior Minimize Oxide Build-up
  • Maximum Metal Quality
  • Long Lifetime
  • Available in 3 sizes to fit your furnace
  • Improved Working Conditions
  • Ease of Maintenance
  • High Strength
  • Excellent insulation Properties Secures an Energy Efficient Construction

Immersion Heater for Transport Ladles

  • The Immersion Heating System is made to be used in already existing and new furnaces with a low level of modification
  • Efficiency of more than 99% because of direct heat input into molten mass (depending on immersion depth)
  • Energy saving up to 30% by comparison to overhead heating with common SiC- heaters
  • Homogeneous temperature distribution in molten mass
  • No overheating of molten mass
  • Optimizing of metallurgical properties

Immersion Heater for Transport Ladles

  • Designed for a heating power of 20-24 kW with a connection of 230V and max 50 AMP at three phase star connection.
  • Reduction of corund growing because of reduction of
    furnace temperature.
    • Lower „wear –stress“ of refractory lining
    • Longer service life of Furnace
    • Improvement of operating safety
    • easy Installation and maintenance

Advantages:

Electrically powered system
• Easy to retrofit
• Zero Co2- emission
• Modularily build
• Self maintenance possible
• Optimal heat transfer because of full ceramic
immersion heater tube

Immersion Heating System Operated With Electrical and Gas

  • Immersion heating system especially designed to be use in big (6000 kg of molten aluminum) external transport pots / crucibles to keep aluminum warm at 820°C – at customers side - with max 50 kW connection power.
  • Dimensions are Ø190x1600 mm ceramic tube with a metal connection head – SiC heating elements inside which allows to be used on air as well with the max power and temperature.
  • System is made as “plug and use” system at 380V – 3 phase delta connection with 60 AMP max. Power controlled by thyristor.

Immersion Heater For Die Casting Warm Holding Furnace

  •  Immersion pot heater system especially designed to be used in die casting / warm holding furnaces up to 1.500 kg of aluminum.
  • Dimensions are Ø220x700 mm ceramic tube with a metal connection head – SiC heating elements inside which allows to be used on air as well with the max power and temperature.

Furnace Design of Dosing

  • The Immersion Heating System is made to be used in already existing and new furnaces with a low level of modification.
  • Efficiency of more than 99% because of direct heat input into molten mass (depending on immersion depth).
  • Energy saving up to 30% by comparison to overhead heating with common SiC- heaters
